When will an Azerbaijan visa open for Pakistan?
According to the latest information from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the government of Azerbaijan has not yet announced a date for when they will resume issuing visas to Pakistani citizens. However, the Ministry has stated that they are working to simplify the visa process for all foreign visitors, including Pakistanis.
In the meantime, Pakistani citizens who wish to travel to Azerbaijan can apply for an e-visa. E-visas are available to citizens of 93 countries, including Pakistan. To apply for an e-visa, Pakistani citizens must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of entry into Azerbaijan. They will also need to have a return ticket or onward travel ticket, proof of sufficient funds, and a valid travel insurance policy.
