1. e-Visa:

• This electronic visa is valid for a maximum stay of 30 days in Azerbaijan.
• It's the quickest and most convenient option for shorter trips, offering processing times of 3 working days for standard applications and 5 hours for urgent applications.

2. Regular Visa (Embassy/Consulate Application):

• This visa is issued through the Azerbaijani embassy or consulate and can have a duration of 30 days, 60 days, or 1 year, depending on the type of visa requested and the justification provided.
• Processing times can vary significantly, typically ranging from 7 to 20 working days.

3. Azerbaijani registration

Stay More Than Fifteen Days?

• You have to register with the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan during the first 15 days of your arrival if your stay is longer than 15 days.
• Typically, you may register through your hotel or lodging provider.
• There might be penalties or other legal repercussions for not registering.

4. Reentry and Exit

• It's a single-entry visa, so even if you haven't remained for the entire 30 days, you will need to apply for a new one when you leave Azerbaijan.
• This should be considered if you want to go to other neighboring countries and then return to Azerbaijan.
