What are Azerbaijan's travel restrictions for UK citizens?

The UK nationals can obtain an Azerbaijan electronic visa from their home country because it is possible for EU citizens to do so. The Azerbaijan government has released some regulations about travel restrictions 2022 for UK citizens. This will force them to follow some entry requirements when they land in Azerbaijan.
