Eligibility: Those from other countries, including Slovenia, are eligible to request a 60-day extension of their temporary stay in Azerbaijan.

Required Documentation:

• A complete application form.
• Your passport or a photocopy of your current visa.
• Any other documentation that may support your request (such as evidence of accommodation).

There are two ways to do this:

• Apply for an extension online: You can apply for an extension of your e-visa online through the Azerbaijani Immigration Services. The processing time for an extension is typically 3 business days. 
• Visit the Azerbaijani State Migration Service: You can also visit the Azerbaijani State Migration Service in Baku to apply for an extension of your visa. The processing time for an extension at the State Migration Service is typically 5 business days.
