Yes, Lithuanian citizens can extend their stay in Azerbaijan. However, there are certain restrictions and procedures that must be followed.
To extend their stay, Lithuanian citizens must apply to the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMS) at least 10 days before their visa expires. The application must be submitted in person and must include the following documents:
- A completed visa extension application form
- A copy of the applicant's passport and visa
- Proof of accommodation for the extended period of stay
- Proof of financial means to support oneself during the extended period of stay
- A letter of invitation from a company or organization in Azerbaijan (if applicable)
- The visa extension fee.
The SMS will review the application and decide within 10 days. If the application is approved, the applicant will be issued a new visa for the extended period of stay.
